Acceptance of Terms
By engaging PowerData Solutions for consulting or training services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Use of Services
You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials or access we provide during engagements.
Billing and Payment
Services are billed per engagement, retainer, or program as agreed in the statement of work. Invoices are issued as agreed and payment is due within the terms stated on each invoice.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your data and business content. Microsoft, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and related names are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. Official Microsoft courseware remains the property of Microsoft.
Limitation of Liability
PowerData Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Canada and the province in which PowerData Solutions is registered.
